January has been way busier than I expected.  Lots of fun events, and a chance to play around with flowers again after a long winter break.  I take a lot of pictures, but for 2013 I’m trying to challenge myself to take even more, and grow as a photographer.  While an iPhone camera doesn’t exactly count as photography, it’s still fun to capture everyday life with Instagram, and look back at the end of each month.  A few highlights included my parents adopting a new puppy (they named her Edith), finally getting to share the pics from a beautiful winter inspiration shoot I did with EA Bridal Magazine back in the fall, the January KC Blogger Meetup event, and creating a couture feather bolero for a photo shoot in Paris.  Hope you all are having a wonderful, and creative start to your 2013!  Follow my Instagrams @emmyray or @papermusepress.
